Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how Smartpress LLC (“Smartpress”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) handles refunds for RestroPanel subscriptions. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Subscription Charges

RestroPanel subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan you select. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically at the start of each billing period until you cancel.

2. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again. We do not provide prorated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued at our discretion in the following circumstances:

• You were charged in error or were double-billed due to a technical issue.
• You cancel within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase and have not made substantial use of the Service.
• A refund is required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.

Outside of these circumstances, fees already paid are generally non-refundable, including partial-month or partial-year periods.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us via our Contact page with your account email and the reason for your request. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 5 business days.

5. Approved Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, via Stripe, and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank or card issuer.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the “Last updated” date above.
