Our Story
RestroPanel was founded in 2019 by a former restaurant operator and a software engineer who met while trying, and failing, to get their own restaurant's point-of-sale, reservations, and inventory systems to talk to each other. After months of spreadsheets, sticky notes, and late nights reconciling numbers across five different apps, they decided there had to be a better way.
What started as a simple table management tool for a single 40-seat restaurant in Austin has grown into a full operating platform used by thousands of restaurants across 15 countries. Today, our team is made up of former chefs, servers, general managers, and engineers, all united by a single goal: building software that makes restaurant life easier, not harder.
